Caracterização da equipe de enfermagem nos cuidados em ILPI

Abstract

O tema do respectivo trabalho aborda o direito do idoso e o abandono afetivo presente na atualidade. Tem como objetivos estimular a criação de programas para lazer e diversão dos idosos, assegurar a liberdade, respeito e dignidade, entre outros direitos civis. O estudo baseia-se em pesquisa bibliográfica e legislativa, análise do Estatuto do Idoso e da Constituição Federal e abordou uma visita prática à instituição Cidade Ozanan. Observou-se a necessidade de ações que fortaleçam vínculos familiares e de inclusão, destacando-se o papel essencial da equipe de enfermagem para o suporte emocional e social dos idosos institucionalizados.The purpose of this work is to analyze the rights of the elderly and the emotional abandonment present in current society. The main objectives are to encourage the creation of leisure programs, assure freedom, respect and dignity to the elderly and ensure their civil rights. The study includes bibliographical and legislative research, analysis of the "Estatuto do Idoso" and the Federal Constitution and a practical visit to the Cidade Ozanan institution. The results highlight the need for more inclusive actions and family bonding, emphasizing the fundamental role of the nursing team in providing emotional and social support to institutionalized elderly individuals.
