Geleia de kiwi e ora-pro-nóbis: enriquecida com fibra

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo a criação de um novo produto alimentício onde na sua composição houvesse uma fruta, o kiwi, e uma PANC (Planta Comestível Não Convencional), Ora-Pro-Nóbis, e que além de um produto de consumo alimentar ele também fosse uma fonte rica em fibras. Para elaboração da receita da geleia de kiwi foram utilizados como fonte de pesquisa monografias, fontes bibliográficas e artigos científicos. Para analisar a aceitação do produto noThe present work has as objective the creation of a new food product with a fruit in it's composition, the kiwi, and one No Convencional Plant Food, Ora- Pro- Nóbis, that in addition to the product it would also be a rich source of fiber. To elaborate the kiwi jelly recipe it was used as source, monographs, bibliographys source and scientific articles. To analyze the acceptance of the product in the market it were realized researchs and posterior analysis with aplication of Anova.
