Resumo
O trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de analisar se as empresas respeitam políticas de diversidades, e também as dificuldades enfrentadas pelas pessoas transgêneros no ambiente do mercado de trabalho. Foi realizado estudo em referencial bibliográfico, artigos científicos; e estudo de caso com foco em dois públicos distintos (empresas e pessoas transsexuais). Os resultados obtidos mostram as pessoas transsexuaisa depender de suas condições socioeconômicas enfrentam situações que se caracterizam como preconceito velado sofrem ao tentar adentrar em empregos formais e a falta de conhecimento dos recrutadores e empresas das políticas de inclusão e, condições sociais que cercam essas pessoas.
The work was carried out with the aim of analyzing whether companies respect diversity policies, and also the difficulties faced by transgender people in the job market. A study was carried out using bibliographic references, scientific articles; and case study focusing on two distinct audiences (companies and transgender people). The results obtained show that transgender people, depending in their socioeconomic conditions, face situations that are characterized as veiled prejudice or indirect discrimination. It is concluded that the difficulties that transsexual people suffer when trying to get into formal jobs and the lack of knowledge on the part of recruiters and companies about inclusion policies and social conditions that surround these people.
