Resumo
O artigo pretende analisar a viabilidade de se investir no setor varejista de vestuário e acessórios country, em Cunha/SP. Na introdução discorre-se sobre os pontos principais do estudo, o qual teve embasamento no fato da cidade ter pouco investimento no comércio varejista no segmento, elencou-se os objetivos principais e específicos; na seção da administração esclarece acerca da atuação do administrador para gerenciar os recursos da empresa para ela obter o máximo de lucratividade movimentando a economia. No desenvolvimento foram desenvolvidas as questões do empreendedorismo, inovação e marketing, cujo intuito foi identificar os desafios que o empreendedor enfrenta na área da inovação para se manter no
mercado varejista, no município de Cunha/São Paulo, necessitando assim usar das estratégias de marketing para obter sucesso.
The article intends to analyze the feasibility of investing in the country clothing and accessories retail sector, in Cunha/SP. In the introduction, the main points of the study are discussed, which was based on the fact that the city has little investment in the retail trade in the segment, the main and specific objectives were listed; in the administration section it clarifies about the administrator's role to manage the company's resources so that it obtains maximum profitability by moving the economy. In the development, issus of entrepreneurship, innovation and marketing were developed, whose aim was to identify the challenges that the entrepreneur faces in the area of innovation to remain in the retail market, in the municipality of Cunha / São Paulo, thus needing to use marketing strategies to succeed.
