ILUG

Abstract

O projeto ILUG é um sistema Web, desenvolvido com uma REST API e um WebSite, que possui como o intuito retirar a necessidade de ter um intermediador entre o locador e um locatário, auxiliando no gerenciamento dos imóveis locados, bem como na elaboração de contratos, controle de despesas e pagamentos. Tanto os contratos, quanto as despesas passam por aprovações por ambas as partes, afim de prover benefícios mútuos. O sistema é uma plataforma SAAS, que visa lucrar em cima do pagamento de aluguel. Além de deixar obsoleto a intermediação entre os envolvidos em uma locação de imóvel, a plataforma visa atender empresários de “contratos de gaveta” evitando conflitos decorrentes de acordos ruins e contratos falhos. Como diferencial, conta com um design simples, com informações diretas, que não causem confusão em sua interpretação e permite a troca de mensagens entre ambos os participantes da locaçãoThe Ilug Project is a Web system, developed as a REST API using ASP.NET Core 2.0, and a WebSite using Angular 6. Its goal is to remove the needed of having an intermediate between the landlord and the tenant, assisting with the management of the rented real state, expenses management and payment management. Both contracts and expenses must be approved by the involved people in order to provide them both benefits. The system is a SAAS platform, that aims to profit by the rent payments. Besides making the intermediate between the involved people obsolete, the platform aims to attend the businessmen who already do not use a real estate or banking institution, to avoid bad deals and failures contracts. As a differential, Ilug has a clean design, with direct information, that do not cause confusion to interpret and allows the sharing of messages between the parts of the rental
