Abstract

As plataformas digitais modificaram praticamente todos os processos e tarefas da população mundial, desde as atividades pessoais até as profissionais. A pesquisa realizada teve como foco entender melhor o que são essas tecnologias inovadoras no mercado digital, onde foi citado as vantagens de sua utilização e o papel importante delas durante a pandemia do vírus Covid-19 nos anos de 2020 e 2021, mas também expostos seus efeitos colaterais sobre seus usuários, tanto na vida pessoal quanto na área comercial, onde esse ambiente virtual tem ganhado cada vez mais espaço. Muitas pessoas têm tomado a decisão de se profissionalizar e trabalhar nessas plataformas virtuais, assim encontrando dificuldades no caminho. Soluções foram dadas ao longo do trabalho, mostrando que efeitos positivos e negativos viriam sobre os consumidores dessas plataformas através de suas próprias escolhas dentro delas, e que se a utilização das mesmas for de forma saudável sem causar dependências, essa tecnologia só lhes tem de oferecer o melhor.Digital platforms have changed virtually every process and task of the world's population, from personal to professional activities. The research conducted focused on better understanding what these innovative technologies in the digital market are, where the advantages of their use and their important role during the pandemic of the Covid-19 virus in the years 2020 and 2021 were mentioned, but also exposed their side effects on their users, both in personal life and in the commercial area, where this virtual environment has been gaining more and more space. Many people have taken the decision to become professional and work on these virtual platforms, thus encountering difficulties along the way. Solutions have been given throughout the work, showing that positive and negative effects would come upon the consumers of these platforms through their own choices within them, and that if the use of them is in a healthy way without causing addiction, this technology has only to offer them the best.
