Abstract

O presente artigo explora a excelência no atendimento em eventos e o papel do mestre de cerimônias na qualidade dos serviços. Destaca a importância desses profissionais na organização e comunicação eficaz, garantindo fluidez e liderança harmoniosa. Apesar de sua importância, a influência deles na experiência do público ainda é frequentemente subestimada. A ausência de uniformização e a falta de conhecimento sobre suas habilidades podem prejudicar aos objetivos dos eventos. A pesquisa examina a atuação desses profissionais e sublinha sua importância na mediação e interação entre os participantes. Aplica uma abordagem de revisão bibliográfica, além de métodos qualitativos e quantitativos para fundamentar teoricamente. A investigação qualitativa abrange questionários estruturados distribuídos entre um grupo de indivíduos. O mestre de cerimônias vai além de meramente apresentar, desempenhado um papel fundamental na organização e nos protocolos.This article explores excellence in service at events and the role of the master of ceremonies in the quality of services. It highlights the importance of these professionals in effective organization and communication, ensuring smoothness and harmonious leadership. Despite their significance, their influence on the audience's experience is still often underestimated. The lack of standardization and knowledge about their skills can undermine the objectives of events. The research examines the performance of these professionals and underlines their importance in mediating and interacting among participants. A bibliographic review approach is applied, along with qualitative and quantitative methods for theoretical grounding. The qualitative investigation includes structured questionnaires distributed among a group of individuals. The master of ceremonies goes beyond merely presenting, playing a fundamental role in organization and protocols.
