O impacto tecnológico no trabalho

Abstract

Este trabalho abordará questões relacionadas com as mudanças ocorridas no ambiente de trabalho e na forma como os mesmos são executados devido o uso da tecnologia. Esta tem causado grandes mudanças não apenas na maneira como as atividades profissionais são realizadas mas também na sociedade e na economia. Novas profissões estão surgindo e o perfil do profissional não pode continuar o mesmo; é necessário uma mudança neste aspecto para que se possa conseguir um bom emprego nesta nova era - a Era da Informação - onde o principal é o conhecimento.This work will approach subjects related with the changes happened in the work atmosphere and in the form as the same ones are executed due the use of the technology. This has not just been causing great changes in the way as the professional activities are accomplished but also in the sociey and in the economy. New professions are appearing and the professional's profile cannot continue the same; it is necessary a change in this aspect to can get a good job in this new age - the Information Age - where the main is the knowledge.
