Resumo
O Empreendedorismo se refere a inovação, identificar as oportunidades, é realizar algo transformador para suprir necessidades. A crise é algo que ocorre em diversas partes do mundo, ninguém é imune a este fator. Porém, o que faz as pessoas a empreender em um momento delicado, ou seja como as pessoas arriscam a empreender. Estes novos empreendedores estão preparados e capacitados para se manterem em meio às crises, e quando a crise acaba, estão prontos para se manter no mercado e se recriar em momentos difíceis. Independente do caráter da crise o foco sempre deve ser o cliente sabendo a necessidade do mesmo estará sempre um passo à frente.
Entrepreneurship is about innovation, identifying opportunities, and doing something transformative to meet needs. The crisis is something that occurs in various parts of the world, no one is immune to this factor. However, what makes people undertake entrepreneurship in a delicate moment, in other words, how do people take the risk of undertaking it? These new entrepreneurs are prepared and trained to maintain themselves in the midst of crises, and when the crisis is over, they are ready to maintain themselves in the market and recreate themselves in difficult times. Regardless of the nature of the crisis, the focus should always be on the customer, knowing the customer's needs and being one step ahead.
