Abstract

O trabalho apresenta o projeto da estrutura de uma prensa manual com pontas cambiáveis. O mesmo teve início para resolver as necessidades de algumas tarefas, nos casos de pequenos estabelecimentos. Tornando-se mais viável a utilização deste modelo de ferramenta e evitando buscar esse tipo de serviço fora. Com isso abaixando o custo do produto final, aumentando a demanda da produção e diminuindo o prazo de entrega. Foi realizado esse projeto para facilitar e atender a necessidade do proprietário, onde facilitará no manuseamento da ferramenta e evitar os serviços terceirizados.The work presents the structure design of a manual press with exchangeable tips. It began to solve the needs of some tasks, in the case of small establishments. Making the use of this tool model more viable and avoiding looking for this type of service outside. This reduces the cost of the final product, increasing production demand and reducing delivery times. This project was carried out to facilitate and meet the owner's needs, which will make it easier to use the tool and avoid outsourced services.
