Resumo
O plano de negócio Vitta cosméticos foi desenvolvido para o Trabalho de Conclusão de curso, com foco em cosméticos orgânicos e naturais, localizada na cidade de Americana- São Paulo. A estrutura do trabalho foi composta através de conceitos na área de empreendedorismo, análise de mercado e conceitos para elaborar um plano de negócios. Os principais temas abordados foi o processo de criação da empresa, para que ganhasse destaque no mercado, definindo também o perfil da empresa e seu público-alvo, abordando temas que reflete na gestão de negócios em uma empresa. Foi realizado uma pesquisa de mercado, para obter uma análise apropriada com o nicho da organização, através da plataforma digital com o objetivo de visualizar o cenário dos consumidores para produtos naturais e orgânicos, com isso a procura por esses produtos aumentaram pela consciência hoje em dia de consumir produtos naturais. Inclui um plano de marketing focado no marketing digital e personalização do cliente. Composto com operacional com layout sensorial e divisão de funcionários capacitados para um bom funcionamento do negócio. No plano financeiro foi realizado investimentos, cálculos como capital de giro, ponto de equilíbrio, payback demonstrando inviabilidade para sustentação do negócio nos primeiros anos.
The Vitta Cosmetics business plan was developed for the final paper, focusing on organics and natural comestics, located in the city of Americana – São Paulo. The struture of the work was composed of the concepts in the entrepreneurship area, market analysis and concepts for developing a business plan. The main themes addressed were the process of creating the company, so that it could gain prominece in the market, also defining the company’s profile and its target audience, addressing themes that reflect on business management in a company. A market research was conducted to obtain an appropriate company’s niche analysis, through a digital plataforma with the goal of visualizing the consumer landscape for organics and natural products, given the increased demand for these products due to the current awareness of consuming natural products. It includes a marketing plan focused on digital marketing and costumer personalization. Its also includes na operation plan a sensory layout and trained employees divison for the proper functioning of the company. In the financial plan, investments were made, with calculations such as working capital, break-even point, and payback, demonstrating the unviability of sustaining the business in the first few years.
