Planejamento e controle da manutenção na indústria têxtil

Abstract

Vivemos em um mundo cada dia mais competitivo onde as indústrias que almejam sobreviver em meio a este cenário precisam se posicionar mediante a alguns fatores. Um deles é justamente buscar por estratégias que otimizarão sua produção, não somente em quantidade, mas também em qualidade e segurança em seus processos. Numa destas grandes estratégias, encontramos a Manutenção. Este é o departamento que tem como incansável missão o dever de preservar e garantir a disponibilidade de equipamentos e instalações, fazendo com que os mesmos permaneçam não só em funcionamento, mas de maneira plena, com segurança e eficácia. Neste contexto, este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar a história e a evolução da indústria e, com isso, não podendo ficar para trás, a evolução da manutenção em meio a todo este percurso. Poderemos observar também o quanto é necessário que nós, como Pessoas da Manutenção estejamos sempre prontos a seguir esta evolução, não parando no tempo, mas seguindo este fluxo crescente.We live in an increasingly competitive world where industries that aim to survive amid this scenario need to position themselves through a few factors. One of these great strategies is Maintenance. This is the department whose tireless mission is to preserve and guarantee the availability of equipment and facilities, ensuring that they remain not only in operation, but fully, safely, and effectively. In this context, this work aims to present the history and evolution of the industry and, therefore, not being able to be left behind, the evolution of maintenance during this entire journey. We will also be able to observe how necessary it is that we, as Maintenance People, are always ready to follow this evolution, not stopping in time, but following this growing flow.
