Resumo
Nos últimos anos o mundo vivenciou um grave problema de saúde
pública que se instalou na maior parte do mundo, com o surgimento
da doença Covid-19, no setor dos negócios, a pandemia trouxe
mudanças significativas que podem ser ditas como positivas e
negativas. O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar as técnicas de
negociações durante a pandemia covid 19. Os resultados
mostraram que as negociações reduziram, mas foram adaptadas no
cenário enfrentado e após o período pandêmico o setor de negócios
ganhou estratégias inovadoras e efetivas para o mundo tecnológico
e global existente. Assim, Foi possível concluir que o período
Pandêmico mudou a forma de negociar, as empresas se adaptaram
e se inovaram, aprenderam a lidar com as ferramentas, e
enxergaram os benefícios que a negociação online trouxe.
In recent years, the world has experienced a serious public health problem that has taken hold in most of the world, with the emergence of the Covid-19 disease, in the business sector, the pandemic has brought significant changes that can be said to be positive and negative. The objective of the study was to evaluate negotiation techniques during the covid 19 pandemic.
