Resumo
A administração de marketing tem como objetivo satisfazer as necessidades dos
clientes, ou seja, conhecer as características de seu público e assim fornecer os
produtos/serviços desejados. O marketing é importante nas empresas, pois é
através dele que os produtos serão divulgados no mercado a fim de conquistar
determinado público alvo, além disso, as empresas podem coletar dados sobre o
comportamento do mercado, investimentos realizados, desejos dos consumidores e
clientes, assim como suas necessidades. A empresa de estudo Ki Charme
apresentou oportunidade de investimento em estratégias de marketing, com a
possível melhoria dos 4 P’s já encontrados na loja. Desde então o grupo através de
pesquisas de campo, demonstrou onde seriam aplicadas especificamente essas
melhorias.Após apresentar o projeto para o dono da empresa foi constatado que
levaria um tempo além da permanência do grupo no curso de administração, e
assim esperamos se aplicado futuramente nosso projeto, que a empresa “Ki
Charme” consiga obter uma maior clientela e assim aumentar seu lucro e
reconhecimento na praça onde atua.
