Resumo
O tema abordado neste trabalho é o Marketing de Luxo através de uma análise durante a pandemia. A circulação e o consumo de bens e serviços de luxo a cada dia cresce mais, e a cada ano se projeta um crescimento maior. Diante desse crescimento foi realizado uma análise de comportamentos e resultados durante o enfrentamento da pandemia da Covid-19 que assola o mundo desde 2019. O trabalho tem por objetivo ser um estudo descritivo das estratégias empregadas na moda especialmente no ramo de vestuários e acessórios, analisando o perfil e comportamento dos consumidores desse mercado durante o período estudado. Ressalta-se que o escopo desse estudo é o mercado do luxo, especificamente o marketing voltado para os produtos e serviços considerados luxuosos.
The theme addressed in this study is Luxury Marketing through an analysis during the pandemic. The circulation and consumption of luxury goods and services grows every day, and each year it is projected to grow more. In view of this growth, an analysis of behaviors and results was conducted during the confrontation of the Covid-19 pandemic that has been ravaging the world since 2019. The work aims to be a descriptive study of the strategies employed in fashion especially in the clothing and accessories industry, analyzing the profile and behavior of consumers in this market during this period studied. It is emphasized that the scope of this study is the luxury market, specifically the marketing aimed at products and services considered luxurious.
