Então naturalizar que o envelhecimento é um processo natural e inevitável, torna assim mais fácil de reconhecer que todas as pessoas têm direito de envelhecer e ser tratada com respeito independente de sua idade, mostrando formas de ensinar e ambientar essas pessoas a essas novidades.The third age brings along with maturity, experience and the difficulty with the advancement of technology, with that, re-entering the job market becomes more difficult, with the advances of modernity and prejudice.
