industriais, tem recebido maior aceitação social e legal recentemente. Estudos
resistentes.
Cannabis has historically been used for medicinal, recreational, and industrial purposes, with growing social and legal acceptance in recent years. In addition to its recreational use, studies highlight the therapeutic potential of cannabinoids like THC and CBD for treating conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, and epilepsy. In Brazil, the plant was brought by African slaves and, after centuries of repression, there have been regulatory advances, including laws permitting medicinal use of cannabidiol in the public health system. Nevertheless, illegal recreational use and social stigma persist, requiring a multidisciplinary approach to ensure awareness and safe use of cannabis.
