Resumo
Este trabalho aborda os principais conceitos e teorias sobre a motivação, a fim de
analisar a dinâmica de motivação no trabalho e estimular a consciência dos agentes
para melhor compreensão no ambiente organizacional e para a valorização das
pessoas nelas envolvidas. A motivação é algo intrínseco, mas pode ser estimulada
por fatores externos de modo a buscar satisfação pessoal e profissional, é o
sinônimo de causa e efeito no comportamento humano. Assim o estudo levanta
diversas teorias e fatores que influenciam as condições motivacionais dos indivíduos
que agregam maior desempenho e produtividade, como: Teoria das necessidades
de Maslow; Teoria X e Y de McGregor; e a Teoria dos dois fatores de Herzberg. A
discussão sobre o assunto nos aponta para os fatores e conflitos existentes nas
instituições que bloqueiam e impedem os indivíduos de se sentirem estimulados e
satisfeitos levando a um estado de desmotivação, de modo que possamos identificá los, prevenir e evitá-los. Portanto este estudo demonstra a importância das pessoas
motivadas para as organizações e o papel dos gestores em proporcionar melhores
condições de trabalho visando atingir as metas e objetivos da organização com
excelência. A metodologia utilizada neste projeto foi teórica- conceitual.
This work refers to the main concepts and theories about the motivation, in order to analyze the dynamics of motivation at the work, and to stimulate the conscious of managers to the best comprehension at the organizational environment and to value people involved. Motivation it is a intrinsic behavior, but can be stimulated by external factors in order to get personal and professional satisfaction, this is synonymous of cause and effect in human behavior. This study talk about many theories and factors that influence the motivational conditions of people and that adding value to increase productivity , as Maslow's theory of needs, Theory X and Y of McGregor, and the Theory of Herzberg's two factors. The search shows the factors and conflicts that occur in the institutions that obstruct and hinder person feeling stimulated and satisfied taking to a state of displeasure, so that we can identify them, prevent and avoid. Therefore, this study show the importance of motivated people to organizations and importance of managers to provide better working conditions to get to achieving the goals and objectives of the organization with excellence.The methodology used in this project was theory and concept.
