Abstract

Atualmente muitas escolas adotam sábados letivos para compensar os dias ou períodos de aulas perdidos e com isso enfrentam problemas no processo de controle de presença de alunos, pois devido ao grande número de alunos o método tradicional de assinatura manual na lista de presença se mostra ineficaz e demorado resultando aumento significativo na carga de trabalho por parte dos funcionários da secretaria e grande possibilidade de erros. O TechID visa automatizar o âmbito escolar através de Tecnologia RFID, o sistema utilizará códigos hexadecimais ou outro identificador para registrar a presença dos estudantes através da consulta desses códigos em um banco de dados para identificar o aluno correspondente e atualizar a situação do aluno. Ao final do período letivo, o sistema gerará documentos com os registros de presença, que será acessado pela secretaria escolar para a atribuição de faltas no sistema do NSA. Objetivamos oferecer outras funcionalidades como: Controle de presença na biblioteca: Registra quais alunos frequentaram a biblioteca naquele dia, armazenando também o horário; Visitas Técnicas: Registra a presença dos alunos que irão a uma visita técnica; Saídas Antecipadas: Registra as informações necessárias daqueles alunos que saem antecipadamente.

Currently, many schools adopt school Saturdays to compensate for missed class days or periods and thus face problems in the process of controlling student attendance, as due to the large number of students the traditional method of manually signing the attendance list proves to be ineffective and time-consuming resulting in a significant increase in the workload of secretariat employees and a high possibility of errors. TechID aims to automate the school environment through RFID Technology, the system will use hexadecimal codes or another identifier to record the presence of students by consulting these codes in a database to identify the corresponding student and update the student's situation. At the end of the school period, the system will generate documents with attendance records, which will be accessed by the school secretary to assign absences in the NSA system. We aim to offer other features such as: Library attendance control: Records which students attended the library that day, also storing the location; Technical Visits: Register the presence of students who wish to have a technical visit; Early Departures: Record the necessary information for those students who leave early.
