Casamento na terceira idade.

Abstract

Nesta pesquisa o tema abordado é o casamento na terceira idade, abordando um pouco do que é a terceira idade cujo número de matrimônios tem tido um grande aumento no Brasil, isso é consequência de vários fatores importantes como o aumento na expectativa de vida, o amor e até mesmo o interesse aos bens. Um dos problemas que os casais idosos enfrentam é a rejeição dos familiares, amigos e da sociedade que não aceita a ideia de construir um outro casamento em uma idade mais avançada tendo estas pessoas que se adaptarem em uma união estável. A família ainda se sente um tanto quanto insegura, mesmo sabendo que da existência do artigo n°1641, inciso II, do Código Civil que impõe o regime de separação total de bens para as pessoas acima de 70 anos, as protege de prejuízos futuros em relação ao patrimônio.In this research the topic discussed is marriage in old age, we will bring a bit of third age where the number of marriages with couples over 60 years has had a large increase in Brazil over the years, this is a result of various important factors like the increase in expectation of life, love and even the interest to the goods. One of the problems that the old couples face is the rejection of family, friends and society that will not accept the idea of rebuilding another wedding at an older age having to adapt in a stable Union with your partner. The family still feels somewhat insecure, even knowing of the existence of the article n° 1641; item II, of the Civil Code enforces the system of complete separation of goods for people over 70 years, protecting them from future losses in financial relationship. We will the society to cure research group questions asking respondents if they had knowledge of their rights and how they behave on this imposition of the quoted article.
