Abstract

O projeto que será apresentado tem como objetivo utilizar a empresa Purinha como modelo de desenvolvimento e boa utilização de estratégias. Desta forma, foi montado o TCC com a intenção de auxiliar novos negócios a obter formas de constituir uma instituição sólida e bem estruturada com o foco principal na logística. Com isso, espera-se que o material seja utilizado para agregar aos estabelecimentos a partir de ferramentas e aprendizados desenvolvidos durante o período do curso e aos estudantes que buscam maior entendimento sobre questões logísticas.The project that will be presented aims to use the Purinha company as a model for development and good use of strategies. In this way, the CBT was put together with the intention of helping new businesses to find ways of setting up a solid, well-structured institution with the main focus on logistics.
