Do informal ao formal: a evolução da lei trabalhista para empregadas domésticas no Brasil.

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo investigar a evolução histórica do trabalho doméstico desde a colonização até os dias atuais. Ele examina os avanços sociais, legais e remuneratórios, destacando as dificuldades no reconhecimento da profissão e dos direitos trabalhistas. Para alcançar esses objetivos, será utilizado o método qualitativo, com base em pesquisas bibliográficas, artigos científicos, legislação e entrevistas, visando promover reflexões sobre o tema, com foco nas evoluções do trabalho doméstico no Brasil.This article aims to investigate the historical evolution of domestic work from colonization to the present day. It examines social, legal, and remunerative advances, highlighting the difficulties in recognizing the profession and labor rights. To achieve these objectives, the qualitative method will be used, based on historical research, scientific articles, legislation, and interviews, aiming to promote reflections on the topic, focusing on the evolutions of domestic work in Brazil.
