Estudo da implantação de PCM nas instalações da FATEC de Jaboticabal

Abstract

A manutenção é muito importante, principalmente nas corporações. Antigamente comentavase que era somente um custo para empresa, mas atualmente verifica-se que com manutenção adequada, principalmente preventiva, propicia muitas vantagens para as empresas. Além do chão de fábrica, a manutenção predial é relevante. Objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar a importância da implantação de PCM (Planejamento e Controle da Manutenção), utilizando recursos existentes na instituição de ensino FATEC localizada na cidade de Jaboticabal no interior do Estado de São Paulo. Verifica-se que com a coleta de informações patrimoniais, manuais de manutenção e computador é possível implementar PCM com sucesso.Maintenance is very important, especially in corporations. In the past, it was said that it was only a cost for the company, but nowadays it is verified that with proper maintenance, mainly preventive, it provides many advantages for companies. In addition to the factory floor, building maintenance is relevant. The objective of this work is to show the importance of implementing PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control), using existing resources at the FATEC educational institution located in the city of Jaboticabal in the interior of the State of São Paulo. It is verified that with the collection of patrimonial information, maintenance manuals and computer it is possible to implement PCM successfully.
