Abstract

O presente artigo traz como estudo a responsabilidade civil e penal do profissional Contábil tendo como foco as penalidades que o contador pode sofrer se caso infringir alguma lei posta a ele e de que modo isso pode prejudicar terceiros, assim este artigo tem como objetivo analisar e discutir as penalidades que o contador sofreria se ele infringir alguma lei. Para o melhor desenvolvimento o trabalho foi subdividido em quatro capítulos trazendo um modo geral o conceito e objetivo da contabilidade, mostrando o que é ética e moral e a diferença entre a mesma. Ele procura mostrar o quanto é importante o contador seguir os preceitos éticos e morais e como é importante o mesmo estar atualizado e utilizar o código de ética da mesma forma relata sobre a responsabilidade civil e penal do contador.This article brings to study civil and criminal liability of the accounting professional with a focus on the penalties that the counter may suffer if the case infringe any law put it and how it can harm others, so this article aims to analyze and discuss the penalties that the counter would suffer if it infringes any law. For the best development work was divided into four chapters bringing generally the concept and purpose of accounting, showing what is ethical and moral and the difference between the same. It seeks to show how important it is the counter following the ethical and moral precepts and how important it be up to date and use the code of ethics likewise reports on civil and criminal liability of the counter.
