Resumo
Com o avanço da tecnologia e as mudanças no cenário empresarial, entre elas a adoção do Home Office, que se tornou uma realidade presente nas organizações. Essa prática, que consiste em permitir que os colaboradores trabalhem de qualquer outro lugar fora do escritório, traz diversos benefícios tanto para a empresa quanto para os funcionários. No entanto, essa mudança também traz consigo desafios
significativos, especialmente quando se trata da gestão de pessoas. Neste artigo discutiremos sobre os impactos do Home Office na gestão de pessoas, analisando os benefícios e desafios dentro das organizações, principalmente no que tange o comportamento e adaptação do novo modal sob a perspectiva do colaborador, este que por sua vez foi remanejado de forma emergencial e sem nenhum treinamento para trabalhar de forma hibrida e remota.
