Resumo
Atualmente, percebesse que a liderança é uma grande habilidade a ser desenvolvida e praticada no mercado de trabalho, tendo extrema importância nos processos das organizações. A pessoa que exerce essa habilidade se torna essencial e fundamental para a empresa onde atua, são responsáveis por repassar a cultura da empresa e engajar a equipe, para que a missão, visão e valores da organização estejam alinhados aos objetivos da equipe. Mas, para saber arcar com essas responsabilidades e comprometimento de forma sabia e compreensiva, é preciso ter o autocontrole de suas emoções. Contudo, o objetivo dessa pesquisa tem como ênfase tratar a importância da inteligência emocional na formação de lideres eficientes e eficaz denominado como líder transformacional. Portanto, foi necessária a implantação de um estudo de caso, em uma empresa de Osvaldo Cruz - SP com a participação dos funcionários que responderam ao formulário proposto e elaborado. Assim, deu-se a formação de uma pesquisa qualitativa descritiva e ao término das análises, o estudo apontou como a inteligência emocional afeta e tem grande peso no estilo transformacional e nas habilidades exercidas pelo mesmo.
Nowadays, it is clear that leadership is a great skill to be developed and practiced in the job market, and is extremely important in organizational processes. The person who exercises this skill becomes essential and fundamental to the company where he works. They are responsible for passing on the company culture and engaging the team, so that the organization's mission, vision and values are aligned with the team's objectives. However, in order to be able to shoulder these responsibilities and commitment wisely and comprehensively, it is necessary to have self-control over one's emotions. However, the objective of this research emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence in the formation of efficient and effective leaders, known as transformational leaders. Therefore, it was necessary to implement a case study in a company in Osvaldo Cruz - SP, with the participation of employees who responded to the proposed and developed form. Thus, a descriptive qualitative research was formed and, at the end of the analyses, the study pointed out how emotional intelligence affects and has great weight in the transformational style and in the skills exercised by it.
