Abstract

O trabalho procura analisar o abuso de autoridade em abordagens rotineiras, na qual refere-se à má conduta por parte de agentes de autoridade durante a execução de suas funções diárias, envolvendo excesso de poder, intimidação injustificada ou violações dos direitos dos civis. Diante desse cenário, os comportamentos errôneos podem afligir a confiança da aplicação das leis na nação, como também questionamentos sobre a equidade e a justiça. Portanto, é necessário seguir a lei de maneira rigorosa juntamente com a ética para que haja harmonia na sociedade brasileira.The work seeks to analyze the abuse of authority in routine approaches, which refers to misconduct on the part of law enforcement agents during the execution of their daily functions, involving excess of power, unjustified intimidation or violations of civil rights. Given this scenario, erroneous behavior can undermine confidence in the application of laws in the nation, as well as questions about equity and justice. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly follow the law along with ethics so that there is harmony in Brazilian society.
