Abstract

O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido para abordar sobre a inserção da mulher no mercado de trabalho e como tal ainda é sexualizada neste, tem o intuito desestruturar e compreender sobre as dificuldades que as mulheres ainda passam por consideradas um sexo frágil. O trabalho em questão trará temas, falas e situações que ocorrem no mercado de trabalho, quando um ser do sexo feminino é contratado, exemplificando de uma forma clara do por que ainda sofremcom a dificuldade da inserção das mulheres no mercado de trabalho.Comprovando o conteúdo com pesquisas bibliográficas e pesquisa de campo, feito com mulheres e homens levantando dados e questões sobre a inserção da mulher no mercado de trabalho, e a forma que ela é vista no seus empregos pelos colegas de trabalho ou até mesmo pelo clientes.This work was developed to address the insertion of women in the labor market and as such is still sexualized in it, it aims to break down and understand the difficulties that women still go through, considered a weaker sex. The work in question will bring themes, speeches and situations that occur in the labor market, when a female being is hired, clearly exemplifying why they still suffer from the difficulty of women's insertion in the labor market. Checking the content with bibliographic research and field research, done with women and men, raising data and questions about the insertion of women in the labor market, and the way they are seen in their jobs by coworkers or even by clients.
