Abstract

Os processos, práticas e métodos existentes, foram criados para auxiliar e orientarem os profissionais a organizarem o seu trabalho durante sua rotina. Através desse artigo exponho as facilidades e fragilidades que as práticas do PMI e os métodos ágeis possuem em relação a determinados áreas e ciclos de vida, relacionados a projetos, fica bem claro a importância que ante-escolher um método ou prática é necessário conhecer seu negócio, sua cultura e principalmente a maturidade de sua instituição referente a gerenciamento de projetos, ou seja, o melhor dos mundos é o que funciona com eficiência e eficácia, resolvendo problemas e gerando lucrosThe procedures, practices and methods exist that were created to assist and guide professionals to organize their work during their routine. Through this article I explain the advantages and weaknesses that the practices of the PMI and agile methods have in relation to certain areas and life cycles related to projects, making clear the importance that before choosing a method, or practice is necessary to know your business, their culture and especially the maturity of your institution regarding project management, ie, the best of both worlds is what works with efficiency and effectiveness in solving problems and generating profits.
