Fulfillment – o diferencial logístico voltado ao comércio eletrônico

Abstract

Com o avanço tecnológico, o crescimento da modalidade de comercio eletrônico impactou o sistema logístico, forçando uma evolução em todos os processos, onde atualmente é avaliado não somente o custo relativo do frete, mas também o tempo que tal produto estará disposto ao comprador, surgindo com expressividade o fulfillment, com soluções ligadas a tempo de entrega e seu custo, além de atender todo um processo logístico desde picking e packing, sendo um modelo moderno e em ascensão principalmente em ambiente brasileiro de distribuição abordado neste artigo. O trabalho foi realizado através de pesquisa bibliográfica com objetivo de comprovar o diferencial logístico proporcionado pelo fulfillment a pequenos e médios vendedores atuantes do e-commerce através de marketplaces, em frente ao modelo logístico tradicional.With the technological advance, the growth of the e-commerce modality impacted the logistics system, forcing an evolution in all processes, where currently isn´t evaluated only the relative cost of freight, but also the time that such product will be willing to the buyer, expressive emerging of the fulfillment with linked solutions to delivery in the right time and low cost, in addition to serving a whole logistics process since picking and packing, being a modern and rising model mainly in a Brazilian distribution environment addressed in this article. The article was carried out through bibliographical research with the objective of proving the logistic differential provided by fulfillment to small and medium-sized e-commerce salespeople through marketplaces, in front of the traditional logistics model.
