Este plano de negócio teve como objetivo investigar a importância da presença nas redes sociais para lanchonetes que desejam atrair e reter clientes eventuais. Foi observado que a ausência de uma estratégia de conteúdo bem definida e a inconsistência nas postagens podem resultar em menor visibilidade e engajamento com o público-alvo. A pesquisa, realizada com o proprietário de uma lanchonete no município de Mococa, utilizou uma abordagem qualitativa para entender o impacto dessas deficiências. Os resultados revelaram que práticas de redes sociais aprimoradas são essenciais para aumentar a visibilidade e o engajamento dos clientes, contribuindo significativamente para o sucesso do negócio. A análise indicou que a implementação de uma estratégia de conteúdo clara e consistente pode beneficiar a lanchonete, aumentando a fidelização e atraindo novos clientes.This business plan aimed to investigate the importance of social media presence for snack bars that wish to attract and retain occasional customers. It was observed that the absence of a well-defined content strategy and inconsistency in postings can result in lower visibility and engagement with the target audience. The research, conducted with the owner of a snack bar in the municipality of Mococa, used a qualitative approach to understand the impact of these deficiencies. The results revealed that improved social media practices are essential for increasing visibility and customer engagement, significantly contributing to the business's success. The analysis indicated that implementing a clear and consistent content strategy can benefit the snack bar by increasing customer loyalty and attracting new customers.
