Abstract

O aleitamento materno é de extrema importância para a mãe e o bebê, pois além de ser um ato de amor, o leite materno é considerado o alimento mais completo para ser oferecido ao aleitado, porque possui características nutricionais e balanceadas ideais para os primeiros seis meses de vida de um ser humano, assim afirma LOPES (2008).Breastfeeding is extremely important for both mother and baby, as in addition to being an act of love, breast milk is considered the most complete food to be offered to the breastfed person, because it has ideal nutritional and balanced characteristics for the first six months of life of a human being, as stated by LOPES (2008).
