Orientações e acolhimento da profissional grávida, gestante e lactantes na transição pós licença-maternidade

Abstract

Neste estudo compartilhamos conhecimento sobre maternidade, pós licença maternidade, direitos da gestante e lactante, entre outras informações sobre esse tema. Mostramos também o quanto é desafiador conseguir ser produtivo em meio a tantas novidades na vida profissional e pessoal, além das diversas cobranças por parte da empresa e também pela própria maternidade que exige muito de cada mãe diariamente. É destacado também a importância do acolhimento do Recursos Humanos nesses momentos tão difíceis na vida das colaboradoras. Apontamos discussões e alternativas que podem ser praticadas dentro da empresa para manter uma colaboradora mais feliz e satisfeita com a gestão administrativa.In this study, we share insights into motherhood, post-maternity leave, rights of pregnant and lactating women, and other pertinent information on this topic. We also highlight the challenges of maintaining productivity amidst the many new developments in both professional and personal life, compounded by the various demands from the company and the rigors of motherhood itself, which require much from every mother daily. The importance of Human Resources support during these challenging times in employees' lives is emphasized. We propose discussions and alternative practices within companies to ensure a more content and satisfied workforce through effective administrative management
