Resumo
Uma das consequências das medidas de contenção da COVID-19 no Brasil foi a adoção em
grande escala do modelo de trabalho em Home Office. No país, embora já houvesse uma
legislação sobre home office e teletrabalho, persistiam diversas lacunas sobre situações
pontuais do trabalho em home office, sobretudo no que diz respeito à saúde ocupacional e
acidente no trabalho. O objetivo geral do trabalho visou refletir sobre os impactos causados
pela evolução digital no ambiente de trabalho, especificamente sob a ótica do direito
trabalhista, abordando o tema de Home Office. Os objetivos específicos são: situar
historicamente o home office no âmbito do direito trabalhista, identificar a legislação vigente
sobre home office, abordar os direitos e deveres dos empregadores e empregados. A
metodologia adotada para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foi a Pesquisa Bibliográfica, com
o intuito de evidenciar as principais discussões sobre o tema e expor uma visão sistêmica
sobre as mudanças no mercado de trabalho nos dias atuais.

In the country, although there was already legislation on home office and telework, several gaps persisted regarding specific situations of work at home office, especially about occupational health and accidents at work. The general objective of the work was to reflect on the impacts caused by digital evolution in the work environment, specifically from the perspective of labor law, addressing the theme of Home Office. The specific objectives are to historically situate the home office within the scope of labor law, identify the current legislation on home office, address the rights and duties of employers and employees. The methodology adopted for the development of this work was the Bibliographic Research, with the intention of highlighting the main discussions on the subject and exposing a systemic view on the changes in the labor market today.
