Tráfico e exploração sexual de mulheres, crianças e adolescentes.

Abstract

Este artigo tem como principal objetivo o conhecimento do crime de tráfico de pessoas e como é o atual ordenamento jurídico brasileiro e os acordos internacionais que regulamentam as sanções. Dessa forma, foi necessária a análise de conceitos e análise do crime, da origem e evolução dos elementos de tipo e da correlação entre essas vertentes regulamentadas na situação fática. Nesse contexto, o trabalho tem como justificativa atrair maior atenção para o problema da ineficácia de aplicação das normas, óbice que gera grande risco a mulheres, crianças e adolescentes, que ficam sujeitos ao crime supramencionado. Consequentemente, torna-se indispensável analisar dados coletados em pesquisa de campo, os dispositivos legais e suas aplicações na vida das pessoas para melhor compreensão do assunto. Foi utilizada neste trabalho a metodologia dialética e bibliográfica com procedimento estatístico de coleta de dados.This article has as its main objective the knowledge of the crime of human trafficking and how it is the current Brazilian legal system and international agreements that regulate sanctions. Therefore, it was necessary to analyze concepts and analysis of crime, the origin and evolution of type elements and the correlation between these regulated aspects in the factual situation. In this context, the work has the justification attract greater attention to the problem of the ineffectiveness of the application of the norms, an obstacle that generates great risk to women, children and adolescents who are subject to the above mentioned crime. Consequently, it is indispensable to analyze data collected in field research, legal devices and their applications in people's lives for a better understanding of the subject. It was used in this study it the dialectical and bibliographic methodology with statistical procedure of data collection.
