Resumo
No ambiente corporativo, um recurso essencial para o desenvolvimento da empresa é o clima organizacional, que está diretamente ligado à motivação dos colaboradores. Diante desse cenário, alguns intelectuais teorizam a pesquisa de clima organizacional como o principal meio de obtenção de informações valiosas para a aplicação de mudanças na cultura da empresa. Foi desenvolvido um levantamento bibliográfico sobre a questão da eficácia da pesquisa de clima quanto à veracidade das respostas nas empresas, diante disso, enxergou-se a possibilidade de promover mudanças internas, com melhorias concretas para os colaboradores e aumento da produtividade na organização. Portanto, este trabalho visa agregar mais estudos sobre a pesquisa de clima organizacional, de forma que contribua para a compreensão do tema estudado e, assim, transforme a relação entre gestores e seus funcionários, mais compatível e produtiva. Neste material, podem ser encontradas questões sobre clima organizacional, ferramentas de pesquisa de clima e seus métodos de aplicação.
In the corporate environment, an essential resource for the company's development is the organizational climate, which is directly linked to employee motivation. Given this scenario, some intellectuals theorize the organizational climate research as the main means of obtaining valuable information for the application of positive changes in the company. A bibliographic survey was developed on the issue of the effectiveness of the climate survey regarding the veracity of responses in the companies, in view of this, it was possible to see the possibility of promoting internal changes, with concrete improvements for employees and increased productivity in the organization. Therefore, this work aims to add more studies on organizational climate research, in a way that contributes to the understanding of the studied topic and, thus, transforms the relationship between managers and their employees, more compatible and productive. In this material, questions about organizational climate, climate research tools and their application methods can be found.
