Análise da reforma trabalhista de 2017 à luz da constituição federal de 1988

Abstract

A Lei 13.467/2017, aprovada pelo governo Temer, trata da Reforma Trabalhista que modificou alguns artigos da CLT. Em vista disso, este artigo tem por objetivo analisar e apontar as diferenças propostas por esta lei, no que tange aos aspectos de ordem legal, determinados pela lei magna do nosso país que é a Constituição Federal de 1988, e assim após à análise, verificar se tais modificações atendem aos princípios de constitucionalidade ou nãoLaw 13,467/2017, approved by the Temer government, deals with the Labor Reform that modified some articles of the CLT. In view of this, this article aims to analyze and point out the differences proposed by this law, with regard to legal aspects, determined by the supreme law of our country, which is the Federal Constitution of 1988, and thus, after the analysis, verify whether such modifications comply with the principles of constitutionality or not.
