Processo automatizado do envase e seladora de garrafa

Abstract

Com o crescimento da automação industrial e da demanda por produtos ofertados de forma engarrafada, aumenta a necessidade de máquinas industriais direcionadas a esta área da produção industrial. Neste sentido, neste trabalho é proposto o desenvolvimento de uma máquina automática de envase e selagem de garrafas. O projeto consiste em uma esteira com três estações, responsáveis respectivamente pelo envase, posicionamento da tampa e pela selagem. Para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, foi realizada pesquisa técnico-científica sobre o tema em diferentes países. De modo a validar o perfeito funcionamento da máquina, foram realizados testes de funcionamento, com a inserção proposital de falhas. A máquina obteve êxito no atendimento ao objetivo proposto.With the growth of industrial automation and the demand for products offered in bottled form, the need for industrial machines directed to this area of industrial production increases. In this sense, this work proposes the development of an automatic bottle filling and sealing machine. The project consists of a belt with three stations, responsible for filling, lid positioning and sealing respectively. For the development of this work, technical-scientific research was carried out on the subject in different countries. To validate the perfect functioning of the machine, functional tests were carried out, with the purposeful insertion of faults. The machine was successful in meeting the proposed objective.
