Resumo
O trabalho analisa como o marketing digital pode atuar como ferramenta estratégica para a inserção e expansão de um ateliê de costura no ambiente online, especialmente no segmento de moda sob medida. Com o avanço da tecnologia e a mudança no comportamento do consumidor, a presença digital tornou-se essencial para pequenos negócios que desejam manter competitividade e ampliar seu alcance. O estudo apresenta os fundamentos do marketing e do marketing digital aplicados à moda personalizada, destacando a importância de estratégias como branding, storytelling, redes sociais, métricas digitais e gestão de relacionamento com clientes (CRM). A pesquisa inclui um diagnóstico do Ateliê Sérgio Deguiã, identificando seus pontos fortes, fraquezas e desafios atuais na presença online. A partir disso, é proposto um plano de marketing digital com ações voltadas ao fortalecimento da marca, ao aumento do engajamento e à profissionalização do uso das redes sociais. Conclui-se que o marketing digital é essencial para ampliar a visibilidade, atrair novos clientes e fortalecer a competitividade de ateliês de costura no mercado moderno.
The study examines how digital marketing can function as a strategic tool for positioning and expanding a sewing studio within the online environment, particularly in the custom-made fashion segment. With technological advancements and the evolution of consumer behavior, establishing a strong digital presence has become essential for small businesses seeking to remain competitive and broaden their market reach. The research presents the theoretical foundations of marketing and digital marketing applied to personalized fashion, emphasizing the relevance of strategies such as branding, storytelling, social media management, digital metrics, and customer relationship management (CRM). The study also provides a diagnostic analysis of Ateliê Sérgio Deguiã, identifying its strengths, weaknesses, and current challenges related to its online presence. Based on this assessment, a digital marketing plan is proposed, outlining actions aimed at strengthening the brand, increasing audience engagement, and enhancing the professional use of social media platforms. The findings indicate that digital marketing plays a crucial role in improving visibility, attracting new clients, and reinforcing the competitiveness of sewing studios in the contemporary market.
