Mulher, direito e desigualdades.

Abstract

Sobre o tema “Mulher, Direito e Desigualdade”, podemos detectar que o assunto é de suma importância para sociedade pois trata de um tema polêmico. O tema foi escolhido pelo fato de grandes partes das mulheres não saberem de seus direitos e por isso muitas vezes são enganadas. Foi realizada pesquisa de campo nas cidades de Fernandópolis, General Salgado e Jales, situadas no estado de São Paulo, a entrevista foi feita com 200 pessoas, pois queríamos saber o quão é o conhecimento da população em relação ao tema em questão. Contudo nosso trabalho tem o intuito de tentar alertar as mulheres da nossa região sobre seus e tentar de alguma forma lhes dar um caminho que lhes mostrem aonde devem buscar seus direitos.On the theme "Women, Law and Inequality", we can detect that it is very important for society because this is a controversial issue. The theme was chosen because large parts of women do not know their rights and therefore are often deceived. Field research was conducted in the cities of Fernandópolis, General Salgado and Jales, located in São Paulo, the interview w1as conducted with 200 people because we wanted to know how the knowledge of the population regarding the issue at hand is. Yet our work is intended to try to warn women of our region on and try to somehow give them a way to show them where should seek their rights.
