Educação corporativa para inclusão da diversidade: estudo de caso do Senac São Paulo

Resumo
O estudo objetiva investigar quais os fatores críticos que contribuem para que a educação corporativa promova a inclusão da diversidade. A inspiração foi o cenário pós assassinato de George Floyd e a reinvindicação do mercado para cumprimento das premissas de boas práticas ambientais, sociais e governamentais (ESG), que vem pressionando as organizações a promoverem a inclusão da diversidade nos seus espaços. Para isso, foram elencados, como referencial teórico, aspectos históricos do trabalho, principais regulamentações da educação profissional, definição e funcionamento da educação corporativa no Brasil, cultura e identidades, importância da inclusão da diversidade nos espaços organizacionais, educação pluriversal e filosofia ubuntu. Foi utilizado o método de pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem quali-quanti, a partir de um estudo de caso, que é o Programa de Inclusão e Diversidade do Senac São Paulo. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas, levantamentos bibliográficos, de documentos, de registros de arquivos e uma pesquisa de levantamento do tipo survey. Os resultados foram avaliados a partir do levantamento bibliográfico e da análise de conteúdo da pesquisa e dos 14 fatores críticos que contribuem para que a educação corporativa promova a inclusão da diversidade (o programa não atende a apenas três deles). Os dois grandes diferenciais do programa foram a criação dos representantes da inclusão em unidades educacionais, campi e sede e a formação de multiplicadores para atuar com as ações formativas do portfólio junto aos colaboradores e gestores. Por fim, a partir do resultado da pesquisa, foi elaborado um guia de boas práticas de educação corporativa para inclusão da diversidade.

The study aims to investigate which are the critical factors that contribute to corporate education promoting the inclusion of diversity. The inspiration was the post-murder scenario of George Floyd and the market's claim to comply with the assumptions of good environmental, social and governmental practices (ESG), which has been pressuring organizations to promote the inclusion of diversity in their spaces. For this, historical aspects of the work, the main regulations of professional education, definition and operation of corporate education in Brazil, culture and identities, importance of including diversity in organizational spaces, Pluriversal education and ubuntu philosophy were listed as a theoretical reference. A descriptive research method was used, with a quali-quanti approach, based on a case study, which is the Inclusion and Diversity Program of Senac São Paulo. Data collection was carried out from interviews, bibliographic surveys, documents, archival records and a survey research. The results were evaluated based on the bibliographical survey and the content analysis of the research and the 14 critical factors that contribute for corporate education to promote the inclusion of diversity, the program does not meet only three of them. The two main differentials of the Program were the creation of inclusion representatives in the educational units, campi and head office and the training of multipliers to work with the formative actions of the Program's portfolio together with employees and managers. And finally, based on the results of the research, a guide to good corporate education practices for the inclusion of diversity was prepared. This work is linked to Trainer Training Research Line and the Teaching and Learning Research Project of the Professional Master's Program in Management and Development of Professional Education of the State Center for Technological Education Paula Souza. It is also linked to the Practices of Professional and Technological Education and Corporate Education Research Group that appears in the Directory of Research Groups of CNPq.
