Assédio moral: como os gestores devem agir para prevenir problemas

Abstract

O gestor comercial por estar sempre disponível e atuar em todas as áreas da empresa é um dos facilitadores para que a empresa consiga identificar o assédio moral. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo estudar os como gestores devem agir para prevenir problemas. O trabalho de conclusão de curso está embasado em uma pesquisa de metodologia bibliográfica com os principais autores sobre o respectivo tema. A partir desta pesquisa estudo identificou-se que, muitas vezes a organização tem conhecimento de que dentro da organização acontece o assédio, mas como não esta afetando o lucro da empresa, nada fazem a respeito.The commercial manager, for being always available and acting in all areas of the company, is one of the facilitators for a company to be able to identify moral harassment.The purpose of the present research is to study how managers must act to prevent problems.This study is based on a bibliographical research methodology with the main authors on the respective topic. From this research study was possible to identify that even though the organisation is aware that harassment happens, if it is not affecting the company's profit, it is not relevant for the application of measures regarding it.
