Resumo
Este trabalho analisa o impacto das startups no mercado empresarial,
com foco em sua relação com micro e grandes empresas. As startups se
destacam por modelos de negócio inovadores, escaláveis e com estruturas mais
ágeis que as empresas tradicionais, sendo impulsionadas pela tecnologia e
cultura empreendedora. O estudo investiga sua evolução, estratégias de
crescimento, desafios enfrentados e influências sobre a gestão e inovação
empresarial. A metodologia utilizada é qualitativa, com estudo de caso das
fintechs Nubank, Banco Inter, C6 Bank, PicPay e Neon, que vêm revolucionando
o setor financeiro com soluções digitais acessíveis, personalizadas e sem
burocracia. As startups contribuem para a inclusão financeira, pressionam
bancos tradicionais a se adaptarem e transformam a experiência do cliente.
Também promovem mudanças culturais nas grandes empresas, estimulando a
flexibilidade, a inovação e a atração de talentos. Por fim, o trabalho destaca a
importância do fortalecimento do ecossistema empreendedor e das políticas
públicas de incentivo à inovação no Brasil.
This paper analyzes the impact of startups on the business market, focusing on their relationship with micro and large companies. Startups stand out for their innovative, scalable business models and more agile structures than traditional companies, driven by technology and entrepreneurial culture. The study investigates their evolution, growth strategies, challenges faced and influences on business management and innovation. The methodology used is qualitative, with a case study of the fintechs Nubank, Banco Inter, C6 Bank, PicPay and Neon, which have been revolutionizing the financial sector with easy, personalized and bureaucracy-free digital solutions. Conservative startups for financial inclusion have pressured traditional banks to adapt and transform the customer experience. They also promote cultural changes in large companies, encouraging flexibility, innovation and attracting talent. Finally, the paper highlights the importance of strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem and public policies to encourage innovation in Brazil.
