Abstract

O objetivo desse documento de especificação de requisitos é informar a todas as partes envolvidas no desenvolvimento do software Controle de Projetos, tratando da sua viabilidade, suas principais funcionalidades, perspectivas, projeto e arquitetura. Por meio dele a estrutura organizacional será efetiva e haverá uma melhor organização para o andamento e acompanhamento de todo o processo de um Projeto de Redes, onde o fluxo de informações estará visível a todos os envolvidos. O sistema agregará um histórico dos Projetos, o que ajudará a Empresa na tomada de decisões, quando se tratar de novos projetos. Não haverá custo algum para a empresa pois ela possui servidor próprio e o sistema será instalado neleThe purpose of this requirements specification document is to inform all parties involved in the development of the Project Control software, addressing its feasibility, main functionalities, perspectives, design and architecture. Through it, the organizational structure will be effective and there will be better organization for the progress and monitoring of the entire process of a Network Project, where the flow of information will be visible to all involved. The system will aggregate a history of the Projects, which will help the Company in decision-making when dealing with new projects. There will be no cost to the company because it has its own server and the system will be installed on it.
