Introdução ao MPLS

Abstract

Neste trabalho apresentasse uma análise introdutória da tecnologia MPLS (Multi Protocol Switching Label). Após citar as modificações que impulsionaram o desenvolvimento desta tecnologia, abordam-se alguns conceitos sobre outas tecnologias de rede como IP (internet Protocol) e ATM (Asynchoronous Transfer Mode), afim de auxiliar no entendimento dos funcionamentos do MPLS, a seguir apresentam se os computadores de uma rede MPLS, formando se uma base para atender seu funcionamento e suas vantagens. em seguida , expõem algumas das principais aplicações da tecnologia MPLS e concluísse com a necessidade da continuação dos estudos e testes desta tecnologia.This paper presents an introductory analysis of MPLS (Multi Protocol Switching Label) technology. After citing the modifications that drove the development of this technology, some concepts about other network technologies such as IP (Internet Protocol) and ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) are addressed, in order to assist in understanding the functioning of MPLS, and then present whether the computers of an MPLS network, forming a basis to meet its operation and its advantages. then, they expose some of the main applications of MPLS technology and conclude with the need for further studies and tests of this technology.
