O estresse no setor bancário na região de Fernandópolis - SP.

Abstract

Esse trabalho tem como objetivo fazer uma investigação dos bancários da região de Fernandópolis - SP, sobre o estresse ocupacional. Foi realizada uma pesquisa na forma de questionário pelos alunos do curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho nos bancos públicos e privados da região, onde os bancários responderam de forma individual e anônima perguntas com respostas múltiplas para reconhecimento do estresse no ambiente laboral. O trabalho foi desenvolvido através de pesquisas bibliográficas. Foi realizada explanação sobre a história dos bancos no Brasil e o desenvolvimento dos mesmos no país e os lucros exorbitantes do setor financeiro nos últimos anos. Foram definidos os conceitos de estresse e suas consequências na qualidade de vida e particularmente na vida do bancário. Com o resultado da análise das respostas dos participantes foi possível concluir que existe estresse e sintomas do mesmo, tais como dores de cabeça, problemas digestivos e irritabilidade entre os pesquisados e por fim foi proposto medidas de prevenção para amenizar o efeito negativo do estresse tanto na vida profissional e pessoal.This work aims to make an investigation of banking in the region of Fernandópolis – SP about occupational stress. A survey was conducted in the form of questionnaire by the students of the Technical Work Safety course in the public and private banks of the region, where the banking answered individually and anonymously questions with multiple answers to recognition the stress in the work environment. The work was developed through bibliographical research. An explanation was given of the history of banks in Brazil and the development of banks in the country and the exorbitant profits of the financial sector in recent years. The concepts of stress and its consequences on the quality of life and particularly on banking life were defined. With the result of the analysis of the participants' responses, it was possible to conclude that there are stresses and symptoms of the same, such as headaches, digestive problems and irritability among the respondents, and finally improvements were proposed to reduce the negative effect of stress both in professional life and personal.
