No entanto, a
empresa.

In the professional realm, each age group has its own expectations regarding the organizations in which they work. This study aimed to analyze the motivational factors of generations X, Y, and Z in the organizations in which they work. For this purpose, a case study was conducted with participants from these three generations. The results indicate that, regardless of the generation, the majority of respondents prefer to have a stable job. However, the vast majority of generation X is not satisfied with their respective salaries but wants to remain in the company. In contrast, many young people in generation Z are satisfied with their salaries but do not want to stay in the same organization in the future.Based on these results, it is possible to conclude that organizations should be aware of the needs and expectations of each generation regarding motivational factors, so that they can adopt strategies that increase employee satisfaction and motivation, contributing to their development and to the success of the company.
