Resumo
Foi proposto como requisito para conclusão do Curso de Contabilidade 3º
módulo: O qual tema foi escolhido em comum acordo entre o professor Ivo Cesar e
todo os colegas de sala como: DEPARTAMENTO PESSOAL X E-SOCIAL, e por
termos conhecimentos tanto teórico e alguns com prática no Departamento pessoal,
achamos por bem focar nesse objetivo e com a implantação do e-Social nesse
departamentos, vimos que tem muita coisa a ser reformulado e que precisa passar
por algumas mudanças para atender melhor os nossos colaboradores e nossa
empresa, bem como atender as solicitações governamentais, o qual, é como se
fosse o coração da empresa, nesse departamento é onde acontece muitas coisas
importantes, ou seja, nele observam os empregados, calculam-se os honorários e
vimos também que tem muitas obrigações que quando não efetuadas no momento
certo geram prejuízos a empresa.
Pensando de igual modo entramos em acordo com tema citado, nós
apresentaremos o Departamento pessoal como base do nosso projeto, definiremos
a cada item selecionado, os seus objetivos e tarefas realizadas em cada setor dentro
do mesmo setor, ou seja, a responsabilidade de cada colaborador

Thinking in the same way, we agree with the topic mentioned, we we will present the Personnel Department as the basis of our project, we will define for each selected item, its objectives and tasks carried out in each sector within of the same sector, that is, the responsibility of each employee
