Abstract

Foi proposto como requisito para conclusão do Curso de Contabilidade 3º módulo: O qual tema foi escolhido em comum acordo entre o professor Ivo Cesar e todo os colegas de sala como: DEPARTAMENTO PESSOAL X E-SOCIAL, e por termos conhecimentos tanto teórico e alguns com prática no Departamento pessoal, achamos por bem focar nesse objetivo e com a implantação do e-Social nesse departamentos, vimos que tem muita coisa a ser reformulado e que precisa passar por algumas mudanças para atender melhor os nossos colaboradores e nossa empresa, bem como atender as solicitações governamentais, o qual, é como se fosse o coração da empresa, nesse departamento é onde acontece muitas coisas importantes, ou seja, nele observam os empregados, calculam-se os honorários e vimos também que tem muitas obrigações que quando não efetuadas no momento certo geram prejuízos a empresa.
