A importância das ferramentas motivacionais nas instituições públicas: estudo de caso realizado na prefeitura municipal de Narandiba-SP

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar a importância da motivação no âmbito instituições públicas, que se reflete, de certa forma, no processo de produção da entidade. Foram utilizados importantes conceitos para a reflexão sobre a importância da motivação dos funcionários e como essa ferramenta pode auxiliar no cotidiano dos seus colaboradores, influenciando assim nos resultados obtidos. Sendo assim, realizamos um Estudo de Caso na Prefeitura Municipal de Narandiba, no setor dos profissionais de limpeza, visando descobrir o nível de motivação das pessoas presentes no setor. A motivação deve estar presente no cotidiano das organizações, para que assim, os funcionários tenham o prazer de realizarem seu trabalho e venham para a organização com o pensamento de alcançar as metas e, juntamente com a instituição crescer e se desenvolver profissionalmente.This paper aims to demonstrate the importance of motivation within public institutions, which is reflected, to a certain extent, in the production process of the entity. We used important concepts to reflect on the importance of employee motivation and how this tool can help employees' daily lives, thus influencing the results obtained. Thus, we conducted a Case Study in the Municipality of Narandiba, in the sector of cleaning professionals, aiming to discover the level of motivation of the people present in the sector. The motivation must be present in the daily life of organizations, so that employees are happy to do their work and come to the organization with the thought of achieving the goals and, together with the institution to grow and develop professionally.
