Resumo
As pessoas são o ativo mais valioso de uma organização, e, por isso, a gestão eficaz
de seus processos é crucial para o desenvolvimento e a manutenção de um ambiente
de trabalho saudável. Este trabalho apresenta a análise de um estudo de caso
realizado com o setor de camareiras do Gold Apart Hotel , que está enfrentando um
elevado índice de rotatividade de funcionários. O estudo investigou as possíveis
causas e propôs soluções para resolvê-lo. Para isso, foram elaborados questionários
direcionados às camareiras, à liderança e ao setor de recursos humanos, com o
objetivo de entender as percepções e opiniões sobre a situação. A análise revelou que
os principais problemas identificados foram: O ambiente de trabalho, dificuldade para
a realização das tarefas e os benefícios.

The study investigated the possible causes and proposed solutions to address the issue. For this purpose, questionnaires were developed and directed to housekeepers, leadership, and the human resources department, aiming to understand the perceptions and opinions regarding the situation. The analysis revealed that the main problems identified were the work environment, difficulty in performing tasks, and the benefits.
